I am writing on my husband’s google account. A group of 4 of us had lunch for a birthday celebration at Bloom, we couldn’t have picked a better place. The owner was very personable, the food was delicious, beautiful and perfect size portions, the ambiance was cheerful and casual yet the food had the presentation and quality one would see at a fine dining restaurant. Truly the best brunch in Barrie. To top it off, our friend had dessert with a candle! Thank you to Bloom for making it a memorable birthday celebration.

Absolutely fantastic! From the ambience to the service to the food, everything was amazing We got the eggs, Benny and the chicken waffles.. This has Now become or go to spot.

**Note: gluten free** Please explicitly advise them on your gluten free requirements. We did that for Waffles and Crispy Chicken. We were served gluten free waffles but the crispy chicken wasn't. My boyfriend struggled that night . Otherwise the food is good. Taste wise can't complain about anything. I've had better, but this was good and filling. Hot chocolate and Hazelnut Latte were nice too. The vibe was positive. Very nice seating arrangement. Spacious. The person serving that day was kind.

So wonderful. Food, service, people, decor, ambience. And plenty of parking! Vital during festival season.! Wholeheartedly recommend! And other dairy options, the coconut whipped cream was fire!

I recently grabbed takeout from Bloom Bistro .I ordered the French omelette and the blueberry ricotta croissant—both were absolutely amazing. The French omelette was perfectly cooked: soft, fluffy, and rich with flavour, just the way a classic omelette should be. And the blueberry ricotta croissant? Honestly, it might be one of the best pastries I've had in a while and my 4 year daughter loved it too .It is fresh and it has right amount of sweet ricotta and fresh blueberry .Would like to try all other breakfast and lunch options next time . Overall Amazing Staff and customer service was excellent .

Following a word of mouth recommendation I tried Bloom Bistro with a friend from Toronto. My vegan friend really enjoyed the overall experience as much as I did. Well....what can I say. I was back a week later with a couple of out of town friends and once more my friends were delighted by my choice. Very welcoming warm atmosphere, excellent food choices and absolute professional service. The very friendly owner even cared to welcome my friends personally. I love brunch with friends and I found not just a new restaurant but a whole new experience to celebrate friendship. As Schwarzenegger used to say: I'll be back!!!

Food is excellent and served with care. Presentation is unique to the bistro. In my humble opinion, I believe they have the Best Norwegian Benedict (smoked salmon) I’ve ever eaten. (And I’ve had a variety of them in different places over the years.) Delightfully generous portions of smoked salmon and the poached eggs were cooked just the way I like them. The Brioche bread made a difference and soaked up the hollandaise sauce. Included was a leafy salad with a tart, fruity vinaigrette that paired deliciously with my dish. Had a wonderful time with my family. We ordered a few of their specialty coffees and I’m totally hooked on their Radiance Smoothie! Comfortable restaurant with a variety of local artists displayed on their walls and it seemed big enough to host a private party of up to thirty-nine people. All one level and plenty of leg room at each table to fit wheelchairs. It was a pleasure to visit and came high recommended. My family and I will definitely return to this bistro repeatedly!
